The Opportunity
DLA Piper HR and Legal Recruiting departments needed to merge their separate careers sites into one that combined laterals, associates, and business professionals recruiting.
Insight
Research and user testing discovered that, while the reasons for joining the firm were different for each audience, they all wanted to know more about what it was to work at the firm directly from the people who worked there.
Outcome
The tagline “It begins here” was introduced as an aspirational phrase that could take on different meanings to each audience. The design of the site heavily featured pictures of people and their testimonials.
